RESERVATIONS, PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

Company. Trusted Global Contact Tourism, SA de CV provides services under the Trusted Global Contact® brand (IMPI registration reported by the company). Contact: info@trustedglobalcontact.com and +52 55 6969 2323.

Quotation and confirmation. Before payment, the client will receive written confirmation of the service, date and time, origin and destination, vehicle type, number of passengers, any special conditions, and the total price. The reservation is confirmed when TGC accepts it in writing and receives full payment. No deposit is required. The total price quoted will be the same with or without an invoice and will include all applicable taxes and fees. To request a CFDI (electronic invoice), the client must provide their correct tax information.

Changes. Requests for changes to the schedule, route, passengers, or service are subject to availability and may affect the price. TGC will communicate any changes and request approval before charging.

Customer Cancellation. If the customer cancels at least 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, they may request a full refund. If the customer cancels less than 48 hours in advance or fails to show up, TGC will review the case and may only deduct direct, reasonable, verifiable, and previously disclosed costs that are no longer recoverable, respecting consumer rights. To cancel, please write to info@trustedglobalcontact.com or call +52 55 6969 2323 and include the booking name and service date; the time of notification will be considered the receipt of the message.

Cancellation by TGC. If TGC is unable to provide the confirmed service, it will notify the customer and offer an equivalent alternative for their acceptance or a full refund.

Punctuality and safety. The client must accurately provide the service details and be ready at the agreed-upon location. Any delays, changes of location, or instructions will be communicated through the provided contact channels. Service delivery is subject to safety conditions, traffic, and force majeure; TGC will inform clients of reasonable options when these factors affect service.

Legal Revocation. When distance contracting falls under Article 56 of the Federal Consumer Protection Law, the customer may revoke their consent within the timeframe and by the means established in that article. For services, this rule does not apply when the service delivery date is ten business days or less from the date of the purchase order. TGC's commercial cancellation with full refund, if notified at least 48 hours in advance, continues to apply without restricting legal rights. If one term is deemed invalid, the others will remain in effect. Last updated: October 21, 2026.
