Responsible party. Trusted Global Contact Tourism, SA de CV (TGC), with address for receiving privacy requests at Smz-3 Mz 6 Lote-18, UH Ejército Constitucionalista, Iztapalapa, Mexico City, is responsible for the processing of your personal data. Date of update: October 21, 2026.

Data we process. We may process your name, surname, telephone number, email address, travel and quote details (origin, destination, dates, times, passengers, baggage, and communicated needs), communications, and payment information necessary to confirm the service. For invoicing purposes, when requested, we may process your Tax ID (RFC), name or company name, tax regime, tax postal code, and CFDI usage. We do not intentionally request sensitive personal data. Do not send sensitive information via forms or WhatsApp.

Purposes. We use your data to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, confirm and provide transfers or tours, coordinate with drivers and communicate changes or emergencies, manage payments, receipts, billing, clarifications, and legal obligations; in addition, to protect the site and address rights requests. If you agree to receive promotional offers, we will also use your data for that purpose; you can withdraw this consent at any time.

Providers and Transfers. To operate the site and provide the service, strictly necessary data may be processed by hosting and site form providers (Wix), messaging providers (Meta/WhatsApp), payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, or another chosen method), and billing providers (Factorum, where applicable), as well as by competent authorities where there is a legal obligation. Each provider applies its own terms and notices. TGC does not request or store the full bank card number in its forms.

ARCO Rights and Revocation. You may request access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition, limit the use or disclosure of your personal data, or revoke your consent by writing to info@trustedglobalcontact.com or calling 55 6969 2323, with the subject line “Privacy / ARCO Rights.” Please include your name, the right you wish to exercise, a clear description of the data, and a means of contacting us. We may request reasonable information to verify your identity. You may also use these methods to stop receiving promotional materials.

Data retention and security. We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the service and comply with legal, tax, and consumer protection obligations. We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect it. No electronic medium guarantees absolute security.

Cookies. This site may use technical cookies and similar technologies necessary for its operation, in addition to those enabled by integrated Wix services or other providers. You can manage or block cookies through your browser; however, some features may not function correctly.
